Jura Whisky Barrels

The Jura 12x5.5” and 12x4.5” American White Oak snare drums, stave built using timber from a Jura whisky barrel. Both these drums look, sound and “smell” incredible! The 12x4.5” was commissioned by Tom Meadows, whose favourite single malt happened to be Jura. Jura whisky has been produced on the Scottish west coast island for over 200 years. The whisky is stored in heavily charred American bourbon white oak barrels for a minimum of 8 years to enhance the flavour.
